The library at ETC is well equipped with all kind of books related to Engineering, Science & Technology, as well as question banks related to electrical engineering and manuals related to Accounts, Finance, Accident, Operating & Establishment rules etc.

Smt Rajbala, librarian is managing the library since 1995 with all her sincere efforts to update books and magazines related to general affairs and current scenario in context of working of Indian Railways.

Beside all these amenities, there is also a provision of well maintained study area along with bookshelves and spaces for keeping Books, Novels, Magazines, Manuals and Troubleshooting Directories related to all fields of Railway like General Services, Locomotive, EMU and Traction Distribution etc.
